Change Italian translation of Require in add learning assignment page

Hello,

I am trying to change the Italian translation of Require in add learning assignment page. I changed the value translated in the lookup ORA_WLF_ASSIGN_REC_TYPE but nothing happen. Do you know how to change this value with a configuration?
