Change of the word "Distinct Learners" on Plan Records page

Hi all,

We would like to change the word “Distinct Learners” that appears on the page person management>learning>learners>program>plan records. We’ve already tryied from configuration>User Interface Text, but we weren’t successful. Did you try to change this word? If yes, how did you do?
