What are the roles and Privileges required to access Quick Action in News feed

hello Experts , 

 

We have enables news Feed appearance in Fusion HCM , but we are unable to access few Quick Action like "Employment Info" , not sure what all privilege has to be added in Custom Employee role to achieve this ?
