Does anyone have a document or have insight into what is in the pipeline for OLC? If not has anyone else experienced a workaround for the following requirement? 

Requirement: Each employee gets a budget of $2000 to choose their learning, provided they have sign-off (approval) from their managers. 

Essentially we need a way to give individual budgets to employees within OLC to request non-catalog learnings. Once they request a course for $500, then next time their budget should say $1500.
