How can Person DFF be displayed on View mode and not only on Edit mode?

How can Person DFF be displayed on View mode and not only on Edit mode?

Hi,

We added a flex field , to the PER_PERSONS_DFF , called - 'Replaced Person' (see screenshots attached ).
The new DFF is added to Manage Person screen ,under Biography section , but its only viewed when pressing on the
'Edit' bottom, not on the View display.

How can we had it displayed also in the View display ?  Is it a personalization by a sandobx ? shouldnt it be added anyway since its a flex field.
