How can we use Prerequisite for Course.  I got an idea from implementation guide that it is based on Talent Profile.

I tried to define simple course prerequisite based on Education but application is allowing employee to go ahead with course enrollment.

Though prerequisite doesn't match. 

Can someone please share the guide/link on how I can make this work.
