Hi,

I have not used merged forms before.  I would like to have a form for departments to complete on request to hire an intern.  The fields are added on the general profile (mostly UDFs) but I would like they use a form to control fields to be completed.  I created a form in Acrobat Pro DC and fields are being populated as required on fill-out form option for selected candidate. However, I have not been able to find a way to update the fields once form is completed.
