Hello All,

In the new hire process, this field automatically fills the current day. How can we make this field automatically comes empty? 

Reason of I ask for this, sometimes HR Team using the new hire system later than hiring the employee and they can miss this area when they see it fills automatically with current date. Customer opinion is that they can think for a moment it is true and they can miss the correct that area. They are not wrong I believe. So, we want to see this area empty as a default option and with this way, HR has to fill this area. Is there any way to do this?
