how to notify the employee during the manage directs process

Hello,

 

i 'm configuring the process flow "Manage Direct Reports" in the manage approval transaction console. The client wants that during this process also the employee will be notify. For employee i mean the reports that was changed from one manager to another.

To do this i put in the process flow of manage directs the "User" and i set user: worker (the screenshot his attached). But doing this customization i have the notification that arrive to the line manager of the report. How it is possible? how can i set that the report will be notify?
