Hi

we are working with Oracle HCM With one of the Biggest Bank here in Israel and we just Finished the implementation of the Core HCM

We are now starting the second Phase of Oracle HCM ORC

I understood that for that we need to upgrade the Profile Management

1. Is it correct that we have to Upgrade the Profile Management ?

2. what happened to all the Profile Data that we have for our employees that we implemented in the First Phase ?
