Advance fields in the learning assignment advance search

Hello,
I have an issue with the advance filter of the learning assignment page. If I click on the advance filter with a user that has the learning specialist standard role, she cannot see all advance fields. If I click on advance filter with a user that is an administrator (has the learning specialist role and other admin roles) and can see all advance fields. I don't understand why. Do you know what is the specific role that enable the advance fields?
