Payslips for leaves - how do you manage this?

Hello,

Just a query around online payslips for users...

  • When you have a leaver assume access is ceased is Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Do you advise the employee to export/save/print their payslips before they leave?
    • Maybe some ocassions this does not happen, do you provide upon request?
  • What do you do with their final payslip if this is received at the end of the pay period they are paid in, do you post with their P45?
