Hello,

The clients would like to have a scheduling of the contract extension task for the contract that are expiring. What we are doing is to create from "manage allocated checklist" in manage employment some task on the employee.

At the moment if i create a checklist with the task for example "Contract extension" on the employee i have the notification in thing to finish section in the moment that i create the task (even if the action will do in the next 6 months).

So do you know a best practice in order to manage this thing? we would like that the notification starts when it is near the deadline of the task in the checklist and not when it is created. Is there a way in order to manage this?
