hi all 

when i log with the admin user in atp i does not allow to change or create a new profile 

is there a way to create a profile in order not to expire the passwords for some users . when i connect with admin and tried

alter profile "DEFAULT" limit  password_life_time unlimited;

ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
01031. 00000 -  "insufficient privileges"
*Cause:    An attempt was made to perform a database operation without
           the necessary privileges.
*Action:   Ask your database administrator or designated security
           administrator to grant you the necessary privileges

so the same for create profile "NoPassword"
