Our current requisition process is as follows:

Hiring manager completes a 'mini requisition' which has around 40% of the fields of the full requisition. That mini req would go for four levels of approval then go to a recruiter to complete the rest of the fields (separate req file).

My question is are we able to have a completely separate requisition file for secondments for example. Maybe to work like this:

Manager clicks create a requisition and they choose requisition type as Secondment (this currently is not available). Once they have clicked into this they would have a completely different 'mini requisition' form to complete which would potentially not go for approval.
