In ORC, jobs are scheduled, and requisition says posted, but we can't see them on the Career Sections

Is anyone experiencing this issue?

We have created and posted requisitions.   The requisition says it's posted. 

We've confirmed all scheduled jobs are running.  However, I can't see anything on either the external or internal CS.

This worked just a few weeks ago.  SR entered and we're working with Oracle on a Sev1, but it's been 7 days and impacting our test schedule.

Any ideas what else we could look at?  I've heard client have experienced this issue before when Oracle released a patch.   Any thoughts?
