When I assign an employee to a department, when inserting its job, also jobs not related to the department appear

Hello, 

I have an issue with the assignation of a job to an employee

When I assign an employee to a department, when inserting its job, infacts, i can choose also among jobs not related to the selected department.

How is that possible ? Are there some ways to fix it?
