I'm looking to see if anyone has implemented the HR Help Desk module of HCM to track and manage SOPs for a production environment.  At the HCM conference someone had indicated that they implemented the HR Help Desk that would allow employees to complete required training, allow them to sign off and alert them of upcoming training/SOP requirements.  I was somewhat surprised that this was the solution as i thought the Learn module would have been the answer.  They referenced "Oracle Policy Automation" (OPA) as part of what was needed in addition to the HR Help Desk.  Looking for someone to
