Quick Action of rehire

Hello,

i'm doing a rehire using the quick action of hire an employee. When i did the hire and i insert the same name and surname of the person that i terinated the system allowed me to do the rehire of the employee. But when i click yes the template change and i do not have the possibility to insert the information realted to the contract and also some information of the assignment miss.

Instead if i do the rehire without using the quick action i have the possibility to follow all the step of the hire.

This is the expected behaviour?
