Is there a subject area that allows me to view promotions on a report?

Hi,

I am looking to create a report that includes the numbers of promotions and hires for a specific time frame. I'm having a hard time finding the correct field in any subject area that will pull "promotion." 

Does anyone know what subject area and what field will allow me to do this?
