Change setup of the field where I assign course to people

Hi all,

I am trying to change the setup of the value list related to employees to whom I want to add a course. As you can see from the scree, i can associate the course to a person, to the person and his organization , to the person and his directs. Do you know if there is a possibility to change the word "Org" and "Directs"?
