Please help with date security requirements for Learning Specialist role. Is it mandatory to have View All People for both Person and Public Person data security profile to access all contents in Learn? If a content is created by one user and leaves the Organisation, the content is accessible to other admin user only when View All People is set.

If View All People is the only solution then how global organisations would secure People based on geography/ business units etc. ?

All help are much appreciated.
