Need BI SQL to fetch previous row assignment and salary details of employees

Summary

I need to fetch previous row details based on latest row effective end date

Content

In My BI Report, if i passed effective end date as a parameter , then employee previous assignment (all fields including gradestepname or gradestpename id)  details and salary details should come to the output.

Can any one please send BIP SQL or sample SQL for referrence
