Some of the options (Duties) not visible on manage Person Page

Hi All,

Some of the options (Duties) below are  not visible from manage Person Page after 19B Patch Up gradation.

1- Manage Calculation Cards

2-Manage Costing for a Person

3- Manage Payroll Relationships

4- View Payslip

5- Reset Password is not visible under Actions on Manager user account page.

Kindly advise in this how can we do visible these options again?
