BPM worklist view user unable to view task details or take action

Hi,

I created a custom role by copying Human resource analyst and added privileges for managing absence record. This way the user is able to manage employees absence records. 

The user also needs to access bpm worklist to see absence related notifications and take actions on it(history,withdraw,reassign, approve reject etc). to achieve this I created a BPM worklist view as illustrated in oracle Doc ID 2110794.1. 

This way the user can see the notifications but when the user clicks on the tasks, Some times the users gets an application error or it says insufficient privileges.

Please suggest the best approach to solve this.
