Highlight Changed Details for the Document Record Approval Notifications in Worklist

Greetings!
The HR user has updated the existing Document Record for an employee and changed some dates and submitted the Document Record. Now when the HR Manager received the worklist notification, he can see the all the details including the new dates. But he cannot make out from the notification as to which date or rather which details was updated since there is not marker or something to highlight the changed data.
So the business's concern is that there should be some marker or some highlighting for the updated data so that any approver who received the approval notification can figure out what data was changed and he can cross verify with the user or with the system.
