Hi,
We are planning to configure the Check list, I have few questions:
We have 13 task to be performed each task has sub tasks for example: when an is employee terminated IT has to perform various tasks like 1) shutdown the email 2)deactivate cloud access 3) deactivate AWS access 4) deactivate shared folder; all these have a single performer, when the task is allocated, this performer gets 4 email notifications for one termination, that would be overwhelming?
My questions:
1) Can we enable email notifications to one task and disable to rest? so performer gets only one email and when logs into the HCM system he can get see all the 4 tasks to be performed
