Offboarding Checklist Issues

After an Employee is terminated or resign, the HR is unable to see the tasks assigned to the employees or themselves.

 

Step 1 – Terminate an employee and approve the transaction. The offboarding Checklist gets assigned to respective employees. It’s working as expected.

Step 2 – Log-in as Manager and search for the employee.

Issue 1 : - The terminate employees do not appear in the search list under Manage Allocation Checklist quick actions.

Issue 2 : some of the tasks owner and performance are based on HR Representatives. Log-in as the HR Rep and go to Me à Manage Checklist à There are no tasks or notifications.
