Assignment Number is different in Manage Employment and Manage Element Entries pages

Hi,

While doing data conversion from PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM Cloud using HDL as mode of integration, we are facing issue with Assignment Number sync up between the 'Manage Employment' and 'Manage Element Entries' pages in Fusion. 
For instance, in Manage Employment page, the assignment number is E0030029910820190212 while in Manage Element Entry page, it is E00300299108 without the date being appended at the end. The assignment numbers had been loaded thru FBL earlier and now since FBL is no longer used, Element Entry HDL load is throwing error, "The values E0030029910820190212 are not valid for the attribute AssignmentId."
