Is it possible to insert a link in the cookie disclaimer text?

Hi,

I would like to insert a link to a corporate site page in a word of the cookie disclaimer text that is displayed in the external career site, in order to redirect the candidate to this page if he click on that word. In the career site configuration page (Setup and Maintenance > Career Site Configuration task > Edit career site), it seems not to be possible, there isn't the option to insert a link.

Is it not possible to do this? 

I'm attaching the screenshots of the cookie consent message configuration page and of the preview of the cookie policy, where I want to insert the link.
