Person Name Change and Primary Email Change

Need report to show if a name or email changed (can be in separate reports) from prior day

How can I get a report that shows if someone had a name change and what the prior name was and same thing for primary email?  Can be done in separate reports.. Ideally it would look like if either changed:

PERSON NUMBER | PREVIOUS NAME | CURRENT NAME | PREVIOUS PRIMARY EMAIL | CURRENT PRIMARY EMAIL
