Candidate Password Reset/Access Code Issues on Career Section

Multiple candidates receive errors when using the access code provided when they forgot their password on the career section

For a while now, we have received a high number of e-mails from candidates nothing they are having issues logging in to the career section when they use the "Forgot Password" link. We have the access code configured, so when the candidate clicks this link, they receive an e-mail with the code. 

The candidate issues we receive are usually related to they received the e-mail but when going to the career section to input the access code, they are receiving an error message that it is incorrect. Sometimes it's also a user ID issue, stating the user ID doesn't exist in the system, even when it does.
