Missing My Client Groups / My Workforce

After 19c update, we are struggling with our professional landing pages due to redesign. Our data exchange page is currently blank. I have read the documentation that states we can configure quick actions for this page from the 'My Client Groups' within the structure. I have also read posts on here that say 'My Client Groups' can also be named 'My Workforce' - I don't have either in my structure and am struggling to find where this configuration would sit. Can anyone help? Thanks
