Termination Info in Submit Resignation Screens

not able to view the termination info section

When an employee submits resignation , I need to show descriptive fields which are configured against the work relationship to be shown in the termination info section. Although the section is visible to line managers , but the section is not available to employees through the submit resignation screen. I am in version 19B (11.13.19.04.0)

The only section which it displays is "when and why" and "Comments and Attachments"

The HCM page configurator for the process Submit resignation shows the region is visible and required.

Can someone assist if I am missing anything or its an expected functionality.
