Is there any other way for the recruiting to match a candidate to a person record other than an email? If DoB and SSN are sent back from the hire right integration, will HCM create a new work relationship for this worker if they already existed in the system or will it match and update the work relationship (rehire)? In passed releases the only matching criteria was the email and if the candidate did not apply with the same. Is this still true? Is there a roadmap for this?
