Why don't Contact Phones and Addresses appear?

Hello Experts,

I've created an analysis where I'm prompting for the Person number and we've found that we aren't able to get the phone numbers and Addresses. We've created a contact for one of our workers with address and phone information assigned to the contact.

I'm a BI Administrator so I don't believe there should be a security restriction on my access but I've tried checking the log and see that there's a 1=2 in the query (sample in the code snippet) which usually means a security problem.

I've attached the XML, Log and a snippet from the log where I found the 1=2
