Hi,

 

We are currently creating a form in Document of Records for Retention Agreements and we are using Document Descriptive Flexfield Context Sensitive Segments.

We would like to know if it is possible to somehow input a a Total Reward amount in a local currency and to have another field which automatically recalculates the amount in USD currency (e.g. 10 EUR to XX USD).

Also, another question that I have would be if it possible to bring various fields values (e.g. current band) of the employee as how they are already populated on Manage Employment for example, without having to create a drop-down from which the user needs to select it?
