Looking for best practice for job specialization/discipline setup within Core HR. We will be implementing Recruiting in the future and want to set HCM up in a way so it does not have to be re-done with the recruiting implementing that will happen in a later phase.
If have jobs today like an engineer that has tiers I, II, III, IV etc.. These jobs can have different ranges based on the discipline/specialization (Civil, Structural etc..) is there a best practice to set these up so it automatically selects the salary range based on the discipline/specialization?
