When we navigate to

Me> Directory > Search a person and click on menu (the 3 dots) we get a list of actions (task) that can be performed for particular employee.

My Team > My Team > Select a person and click on menu (the 3 dots) we get a list of actions (task) that can be performed for particular employee.

I found the customization of this menu is not working as earlier releases. How can this be customized as per our requirement.

I am in 19B and the screens are mobile responsive.
