How to do Global Transfer

Hello, need some quick help. Our HRIS data entry team is completely new. We're trying to do a global transfer to transfer an employee from one legal entity to another, and we can't figure out where to go to start the process. Could someone please point us in the right direction? Also, are there any instructions guides or best practices available? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
