Hi -
I am posting to check and see what others have been doing in order to comply with a new legislation in Minnesota to ensure that employees are notified when there is a specific information change part of the original employment notice.

In short, employees will need to be notified via a written notice and sign off the notice.
We were thinking of an alert or an OBI report (document) that gets sent to employees for them to get notified.
