19C Transaction Console - no refresh button?

Summary

We recently moved to 19C, there is no longer a refresh button on the top right hand side of the Transaction Console screen. Does this mean it is constantly refreshing now?

With the move to R19C there is no longer a refresh Icon at the rop right hand of the page on the Transaction console.  Does this mean the page is continually being refreshed?
