Shared Knowledge: Wiki-like document for common configuration items

Hello All,
I'm wondering if there is a way for all of us to collaborate and create some good documentation based on the latest changes or information we all know about our respective modules?
for eg. around notifications- it would be great if we can all contribute to creating a list of all possible Action required and FYI notifications for CoreHR, Absences, Talent Mgmt, Payroll, Learning etc.- the content and what some of the configuration options really mean
Same goes for profile values in the application- which can be enabled or disabled- but how does it really behave when we disable or enable these profile values.
