We currently have a setup where Line Managers are on department basis, but our Head of Countries want to be able to view all compensation and absence data for the employees in their country.

The Head of Country is registered in the system as a custom PER_SUPERVISOR_TYPE called Reviewer Country. In this manager type, the Head of Country is added for the employees.

I've been reading some documentation about the data access, but have not yet been able to find a solution for my problem. We also do not want to work with delegation of roles, unless we can configure this from the Admin side without opening up the delegation for users.
