Showing last resignation date in an analysis

Hello all.
Still fairly new to Oracle reporting so here goes...
We are trying to create a simple termination report.
The criteria is: Primary Flag = Y, Assignment Type Code = E, and Termination Date is not null. Subject Area is Workforce Management-Worker Assignment Real Time.
We have an employee who left in 2018, returned in 2019, and has now left in 2019.
The analysis is picking up both resignations but we only want the last one (from 2019).
How can we select the last resignation date for this employee and any others?
