Hi, total N00b here, please bear with me!

In our version of Oracle, we've always used five flags (below) in order to get 'active' colleagues, however we've recently been advised that the Primary Flag is no longer required,  As a little context, I had a list of colleague numbers. With the Primary Flag on, I only got 100 colleagues returned, with it off I got the 120 that I was expecting. Nobody in our UK based organisation appears to know for sure and I've been nominated to try and find more - with a headcount of c. 175k colleagues, any and all filters can have a significant impact on our
