Hi Team,

We are getting below error while deleting the personal payment method

 
You cannot delete this personal payment method because it was included in a prepayment process. (PAY-1636064)
To make this personal payment method unavailable for use, select the end date action.

Please suggest possible solution to delete the PPM

We have tried PBL and HDL no use
