Hide Not Applicable action from Onboarding My Task actions

Hello,

As a Manager  we can see an option 'Not Applicable' under Action drop down of  My Team ->Onboarding->My Task UI.

There is also Not Applicable button inside the task. I could hide it by personalization.

But not able to remove this from action drop down.

 

Any idea on how to hide or remove it will be of great help.
