While performing promote employee transaction from smart navigation, when we change position, job is not defaulting 
 from position and receiving an error 'You must enter a valid value for the GradeId field (PER-1530231)'

We are not receiving any error while performing the same transaction with similar data from ' Manage Employment > Update > Action = Promote Employee'

PER_ENFORCE_VALID_GRADES and PER_DEFAULT_GRADE_FROM_JOB_POSITION are set to Y
