Is there any way to trigger onboarding checklist via custom action.

We are bringing pending workers from taleo as action as Add pending worker into HCM.

I would like to know possible below options to trigger onboarding checklist.

  1. Is this possible to trigger onboarding checklist when I load add pending worker via HDL ? when we load pending worker is there any process to trigger checklist ?
  2. If not, is this possible to trigger onboarding checklist via custom action say example, action = onboarding, when I change action as onboarding, checklist should trigger but it is not happing currently.
